Hamper Deliveries: Can be delivered anywhere on UK Mainland
What are my payment choices?
Lunch and Party Deliveries: You can choose to pay on 30 day account basis or pay securely by credit or debit card using Paypal. Please note that you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay by card.
Hamper Deliveries: Must be paid in advance securely by credit or debit card using Paypal. Please note that you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay by card.
When will my order be delivered and what are my delivery charges?
Lunch and Party Deliveries: Your food is delivered at the time requested on your order. The standard delivery charge is £5.50, however delivery is free on all orders over £30.00.
Hamper Deliveries: This depends upon the weight of the hamper and how many individual delivery addresses are required for your order.
Order 25 Hampers or more for the same address and we'll Waive the Delivery Costs
What is the return policy?
Hampers: The Seller may, at its absolute discretion, accept returns of Goods delivered in accordance with the Contract, PROVIDED that:
the Goods returned are in a condition as good as the condition in which they were delivered to the Buyer, and
the Goods are returned, carriage pre-paid , to the Seller (accompanied by the Seller’s delivery note reference number) at the Seller’s premises no later than 4 weeks from the date of delivery; and where such returned Goods are accepted by the Seller the Seller shall credit the account of the Buyer with the price of the Goods returned (less a handling charge of 15% of the price).
