How do I edit my account information?

I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
I received the wrong order.
If you feel that you have received the wrong order, please call us immediately on 01242 525 780 so we can fix it for you.
What is your return policy?
Hampers: The Seller may, at its absolute discretion, accept returns of Goods delivered in accordance with the Contract, PROVIDED that:
the Goods returned are in a condition as good as the condition in which they were delivered to the Buyer, and
the Goods are returned, carriage pre-paid , to the Seller (accompanied by the Seller’s delivery note reference number) at the Seller’s premises no later than 4 weeks from the date of delivery; and where such returned Goods are accepted by the Seller the Seller shall credit the account of the Buyer with the price of the Goods returned (less a handling charge of 15% of the price).
